Clear your calendars for our next event! On November 20th, we'll have a lunchtime discussion session on multicultural literature, featuring guest speaker Barb McNally. Barb is an editor at Sleeping Bear Press, a fantastic publishing company located right here in Ann Arbor.
Barb edits the Tales of the World picture book series and has generously agreed to share some of her knowledge on multicultural children's literature. Below are links to a couple blog posts and an article that will give you some ideas to think about before the talk.
When: Wednesday, November 20th, 12:00-1:00
Where: NQ Room 2185
**Email [email protected] to RSVP by November 19th** (deadline extended!)
We'll be providing lunch, so please RSVP if you plan to attend!
